Multi-Spindle CNC Turning

This gives our customer the capability to have parts machined with twin turret capability which is 24 live tools with 48 machining positions for drilling, boring, reaming, profile milling and knurling.  We can bar feed parts up to 2” and cut simultaneously cutting from both spindles at the same time.   This reduces part cycle times greatly and increase capacity.

We also, have great threading capability to do External and Internal thread cutting along with Thread Whirling for bone screws and other medical or dental applications.  Being most of our parts are cut from hard materials like 455 SS, 465 SS, nickel and titanium we are use to Hard Milling, Angular cutting polygon and profile cutting.   If material is too hard, radius too small or feature can not be reached this does not stop us.  These features get EDMed.  The other advantage we have is being able to do true six-face machining and deep hole gun drilling.
